After 25 years as the owner of Tijuana’s Bar and Grill, Jorge Buenrostro must be doing something right.
“I’m real smart,” he kidded.
Buenrostro opened Tijuana’s when he was just 24 years old and on Feb. 17 the restaurant will celebrate its 25th anniversary.
“The word out there is that we have pretty good food,” he said. “That’s what’s kept us alive. Our tacos are fresh. We have a small kitchen so everything is done daily. My sister, Alicia, is a really good cook.” ...
