Suspects arrested in disturbance call

Deputies answered a call of a disturbance in an Oakhurst building, which led to the arrest of two men. One was arrested on a felony no-bail warrant; the other was arrested for driving under the influence.

According to sheriff's spokeswoman Erica Stuart, 19-year-old Shane Jacob Casey of Oakhurst, and 23-year-old Adrian James Parker of Coarsegold were taken into custody by sheriff's deputies and California Highway Patrol officers shortly after 4 a.m. Monday.

Authorities were dispatched to a build not far from the Talking Bear off State Route 41 to handle what was initially called in as a disturbance among a crowd of people.

When they arrived, one man (later identified as Parker) was attempting to drive away. He was stopped and taken into custody by CHP officers...
