OAKHURST — A traffic enforcement stop late Tuesday on Deadwood ended in an arrest on drug charges, according to Madera County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Erica Stuart.
Both 25-year-old Jason Paul Howard of North Fork and 19-year-old Shane Jacob Casey of Oakhurst remain jailed without bail.
Sgt. Jacob Tallmon pulled the pair over for erratic driving around 11 p.m. Deputies seized narcotics and a weapon.
