What about the man who ditched her in the middle of nowhere only to be hit by a truck 10 minutes later? Are any charges being brought against him? He took her from his house and dropped her off 22 miles from any town in any direction. He left her without a phone, wallet or even a jacket. She was in no condition to be left out there....Obviously!
