A local band that has been a staple at Madera social events the past two decades will celebrate its 20th anniversary Friday at the Frank Bergon Senior Center.
The band will be recognized by Mayor Brett Frazier before performing.
Shades of Gray first played at a Valentine’s dinner dance a Madera Municipal Golf Course. Word spread throughout the Valley and soon the band was performing music from the 1940s to early rock and roll at special events and private parties.
