For Eva Castellanos, owning a restaurant was never a thought in her mind — not even close.
But the situation presented itself and here she is, the owner of Gateway to Heaven Restaurant on North Gateway Drive.
“Owning a restaurant was not in my plans,” Castellanos said. “It just happened. I was in the right place at the right time. It was kind of like a miracle.”
