Pumpkin decorating contest highlights hospital Halloween

The Madera Community Hospital staff held its annual pumpkin decorating contest on Wednesday with 20 different departments submitting entries.

According to Carrie Der Garabedian, hospital nutrition resources director and contest coordinator, this is the eighth year of the competition.

Judges for this year’s contest were Margaret Diebert from Creative Copy, Madera sports official Jim Monreal and Tribune columnist Leon Emo.
