Paralegal offers self-help legal, tax services

After four years of managing her husband’s trucking business, Reyna Villegas decided to open her own business specializing in providing a variety of legal service to the Madera community.

“I added special services to the title because I do a lot of stuff for the truckers by doing some document filing for them,” Villegas said. “I am advertising in the north and south parts of the valley too where the truckers don’t have to step into the office. They just have to make a call. Because I have managed my husband’s trucking business for the past four years, my specialty is with the truckers.”

Villegas and her husband started a trucking company in 2008 and now have two trucks and looking for a third. Villegas opened her service company in September in hopes of helping the Madera community. She is still managing her husband’s trucking company.

“I also just got certified for tax services,” she said. “I provide a service for Madera County for all legal documentation, whether it be filing for divorce, paternity or small claims...
