Madera County Probation and BI Incorporated will host a transition celebration for probationers who have successfully completed a Day Reporting Program there. The celebration will be at 6 p.m. today in the Enterprise Multipurpose Building, 28261 Avenue 14.
The agency and business are partners in the operation of a community-based intensive supervision program for probationers in Madera County.
Guest speakers for the celebration are as follows: Deputy Chief Probation Officer Paul DeOrian (Master of Ceremonies), the Honorable Ernest J. LiCalsi (keynote speaker), Chaplain Ron Giovanetti (invocation), former graduates Eunice Vasquez and Juan Flores (alumni guest speakers), Program Manager Jose Pedroza (inspirational speaker) and Madera County Chief of Probation Rick Dupree (closing comments).
The celebration marks a milestone for these offenders as they have successfully completed an intensive education and rehabilitation program at 14227 Road 28.
