Madera Unified School District is asking for help from the community to make sure everybody is pulling in the same direction to educate Madera’s children. To that end, School Superintendent Gustavo Balderas is working with an outside consultant to enlist every stakeholder in the educational community to help build a strategic plan to improve Madera’s schools.
Thursday night Mutiu Fagbayi, president and CEO of Performance Fact, Inc., led more than 30 school and community leaders in an attempt to examine how closely Madera Unified is aligned in terms of unity of purpose.
The meeting took place at the Madera Municipal Golf Course.
