Monroe holds student Relay For Life

James Monroe Elementary School students held their own Relay For Life Thursday morning on the school’s playground.

The event is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society’s Madera Relay For Life.

This is the seventh year for the student Relay organized by Monroe teacher Mardi Taubert.
