Suspect fled U.S. two years ago

Sgt. Zamudio opened the case on Moran in May 2011 when Zamudio was a detective assigned to the sex crimes unit. At that time, Moran was accused of repeatedly victimizing a young girl, who he knew, but fled to Mexico before Zamudio could make an arrest.

check your facts before you run a story like this i know for a fact this man is innocent and did not flee to mexico. Zamudio never looked for him only asked for him, he(zumundio) knew he was working in madera. Zumundio just trying to make a name for him self. SHAME!! ZUMINDIO SHAME!! SHAME to the MADERA TRIBUNE for not checking the facts and helping Zumundio destroy this innocent man and his family life.
