Second Leutenant Jeffrey Brandon of Madera has qualified to begin jet fighter training at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi. After his initial instruction beginning this month in Columbus he will complete his training in Arizona to become one of the next generation of F- 16 Fighting Falcon “Viper” pilots.
