The Madera Elks Lodge #1918 installed new officers during a traditional ceremony that dates back to the lodge’s founding in 1954.
The public was invited and those attending enjoyed a dinner prior to the ritual.
Past Exalted Rulers (presidents) traveled from Coalinga, Hanford, Fresno and Clovis for the occasion Friday night at the lodge at 112 W. 6th St.
