Managers and residents of Madera Apartments in eastern Madera celebrated the complex’s grand reopening Wednesday after months of renovations.
All of the 68 apartments at 1525 E. Cleveland Ave. were fully or partially renovated after Interstate Realty Management bought the property in October 2010, said assistant district property supervisor Mindy Gaither.
“Every single unit had something done to it,” she said. “This building was built in 1979 and this is the first time it’s been renovated.”
