Madera Pumps has added Matt Angell as its new general manager and partner in Madera Pumps, Inc.

Angell has extensive experience in irrigation systems, design, water management and business leadership, which are a perfect fit for Madera Pumps, which was established in 1977 to serve the needs of growers in the Central Valley for water well and pump development services.

“Pumping solutions are much more complex because of the depth and quality of water, and that most crops are now being grown on drip irrigation systems,” Angell said. “It is vital to integrate pumping stations with proper filter stations that match crop requirements and, most importantly, are financially efficient to operate.”

Madera Pumps has put into service new pump rigs and will continue to invest in new equipment and technology as a commitment to help growers bring water to their crops...
