From Gateway Drive along East Central for nearly three blocks in all directions, more than 70 classic and custom cars, trucks and motorcycles filled every spot and the parking lots Saturday for the 6th annual Gold Cup Car Show.
General manager Alex Hernandez and the staff of Madera Glass and Body sponsored and hosted the free event, which included a raffle, barbecue dinners, and live music with the Marie Wilson Band.
There were 11 different classes to be judged and vehicles were on display from around the state. According to Dana Lennemann, one of the organizers of the event, the show was better than ever.
