The Madera Tribune will not be published Monday. The following businesses will be closed Sunday in observance of New Year's day.

  • Banks
  • City offices
  • County offices
  • All federal offices
  • Madera County courts

County and City garbage pickup and the Fairmead Landfill will be unaffected by the holiday. Madera schools will be closed until Jan. 9.
