Holiday closures The Madera Tribune will not be published on New Year's Day. The newspaper, banks, schools, insurance agencies, the Fairmead Landfill, and all government offices will be closed Tuesday. There will be no city garbage pickup Tuesday. Publication of the Tribune will resume Wednesday.
