By Ciara Norton

Paul Cappelluti, a strong-featured and quiet Italian farmer who stood at
a staggering 6-foot-2, was seldom overlooked.

In 1993, when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, doctors predicted that he would
only live for six months.

support given by Hinds Hospice founder Nancy Hinds and
her staff, Paul survived for 17
