Furniture Town offers homegrown service

Furniture Town has been in its current location for more than two years. According to owner-manager Margarito Guerrero, it moved from its original location on Olive Avenue to 2390 West Cleveland Avenue for better exposure to the public.

“We are very happy here right next to Food 4 Less,” said Guerrero.

Guerrero was born in Mexico. During his younger years, his family moved to Madera, where he attended Eastin-Arcola School and graduated from Madera High School in 1997. A year later he was delivering furniture for another store with customers throughout the area.

By the age of 21, Guerrero had become a store manager, and six years later he opened Furniture Town in his hometown of Madera...
