Central Valley Community Bank will play host to its annual document-shredding event Thursday in Madera.
The bank is at 1919 Howard Road.
“Identity theft continues to be among the nation’s fastest-growing types of fraud,” said Dan Doyle, the bank’s president and CEO. “The Federal Trade Commission estimates 9 million Americans have their identities stolen each year.”
