Frazier encourages Youth Commission to work with city

Students hear from mayor

Mayor Brett Frazier told students at a meeting of the newly formed Madera Youth Commission that he looks forward to a partnership between the commission and the city to help meet the needs of Madera’s youth.

“I’m excited to see this commission give the youth of Madera a voice in the city and help us make decisions that will benefit not only the youth of the community, but all of Madera,” Frazier said.

At Tuesday’s meeting, the mayor encouraged members to attend City Council meetings.

“I can see a member sitting on the dais and giving reports to the council to help us understand the needs of the youth of the city,” Frazier said...
