Autumn Pecarovich is a first-year member of Howard 4-H. Autumn’s brother was involved in 4-H, and she has been looking forward to joining 4-H for many years. This has been a great year for Autumn, and she tried many new things.

Autumn’s favorite project this year was swine. She loves animals, and has really enjoyed working with her pigs. A litter of 13 was just born, and two more litters are expected next month. Autumn has been really busy with her pigs, and she could not be happier.

Autumn won an award for her Reserve Grand Supreme Champion Hog at the Chowchilla Fair in May. One of the pigs she bred and sold to an FFA member won the FFA Reserve Grand Champion Hog at the Madera Fair in September. She is hoping to someday breed and raise a champion for herself.

Autumn has had many great experiences this year, including getting to go to the State Field Day, where she won a medal in the Fashion Revue. She also won a medal at County Presentation Day. She even got to go away to 4-H camp...
