St. Joachim School kids show projects at annual fair
Students presented conclusions to questions they’ve asked for months in a science fair on Thursday at St. Joachim Elementary.
Parents, teachers and administrators looked at 27 science projects done by 40 students in grades kindergarten through eighth. Classrooms visited the projects displayed in the school’s gymnasium throughout the day.
Huddled around sixth grader Berlynn Schmidt, classmates watched as she turned copper-colored pennies to silver and then gold.
