Midland Tractor owner Don Nelson used his keen focus, determination and commitment to buy out his partners and turn the agriculture equipment company into a successful family business.

He admits to putting in long hours, often working 10-hourplus days, to make Midland Tractor the best company it can be.

“I’m stingy with my personal time. I focus on doing business,” he said.
