A family disturbance led Madera County sheriff’s deputies to a home where they discovered nearly a dozen marijuana plants and a vehicle reported stolen out of Fresno.
Taken into custody was 29-year Santiago Rosas of Madera.
Rosas, who also goes by the name Jimmy, was taken into custody Saturday after the deputies were called to handle a family disturbance at a home located on Sunnyside Avenue, near Road 30 1/2, according to sheriff’s spokeswoman Erica Stuart.
When deputies arrived they could smell the pungent odor of marijuana. Eleven plants approximately 4 1/2 feet tall were found, along with a gold-colored Chevrolet Suburban reported stolen from Fresno on Sept. 14...
