Costa cares nothing abuot the
Costa cares nothing abuot the Central Valley. He has done nothing to help the farmers on the west end of the valley get the water they need in order to survive. Costa is all about Costa and nothing else, he has sold the Valley out to the Bay area Liberals and will continue to do so.
