A Chowchilla man sentenced to eight years in prison Monday for raping his daughter was arraigned Wednesday morning in Madera County Superior Court for a separate rape charge on the same victim.
Mark Garner, 50, was convicted by a jury last month on three counts of forcible rape on his mentally-disabled daughter.
The jury could not reach a decision on a fourth count of rape, and a mistrial was declared.
