Kids that attend John W. Wells Youth Center in Madera wont be fighting boredom anytime soon after school.
The luxurious two-story center, equipped with pool, foosball and air hockey tables, has an activity suited for everyone’s interests.
“It keeps the kids off the street and out of trouble,” program coordinator Nicki Rincon said.
About a hundred kindergarten through high school age kids, mostly from Madera, partake in endless entertainment at the center located at 701 E. 5th St. Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m...
