Rick Farinelli said that as a lifelong resident of Madera County he is the only candidate for county supervisor with a plan.
He attended local schools, worked and reared his family in Madera County and is a product of the principles, values and culture of his community.
Farinelli believes that working for Georgia Pacific and Berry Construction, attending county schools, marrying and rearing his family in this community gives him an understanding of the county’s needs. By working with city and county agencies in the course of his employment, Farinelli said, he understands the need to make government user friendly. Farinelli said that through his years of business planning and budget management, he has proved himself to be qualified to serve on the board of supervisors. In short, Farinelli considers every aspect of life in Madera to be a part of his own lifetime experiences.
