A candidate forum for local elections has been scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Monday at 700 E. Yosemite Ave.
Michelle Alexander of the Madera chapter of the NAACP, the sponsoring organization, said candidates for Madera Unified School District Board of Trustees and Madera County supervisor (District 3) have been invited to attend.
Sponsors also include the Madera Unified Teachers Association and Classified School Employees Association, Alexander said.
