Madera County Planning Director Norman Allinder expressed frustration Friday over news that Caltrans had filed suit against Madera County over the Tesoro Viejo Specific Plan.
He said it was the fourth lawsuit that had been filed in attempts to slow or halt the project, which has been in the planning stages for nearly a decade.
The Board of Supervisors re-approved the plan last week and certified the development’s revised environmental impact report.
