Rick Farinelli is a lifelong resident of Madera County. He attended local schools, worked and raised his family in Madera County and is a product of the principles, values and culture of his community.

Farinelli believes that working for Georgia Pacific and Berry Construction, attending county schools, marrying and raising his family in this community gives him an understanding of the county’s needs. By working with city and county agencies in the course of his employment, Farinelli says he understands the need to make government user friendly.

Farinelli believes that through his years of business planning and budget management, he has proved himself to be qualified to serve on the Board of Supervisors. In short, Farinelli considers every aspect of life in Madera to be a part of his own lifetime experiences.

As a taxpayer, he knows that government fees and taxes hamper job growth and the ability of families to provide for their children while holding back businesses from growing. As a candidate for supervisor, Farinelli has committed himself to working hard to roll back the size and scope of government...
