Mark Garcia grew up working in the fields of Fresno County and attended elementary and high school in Kerman. After high school he attended junior college in Modesto and the University of California, Davis.

His education includes business, real estate, viticulture and winemaking, and specialized training in bail bonding. Garcia maintains that his many business ventures have definitely earned him a degree in “real world job-creating experience.”

Garcia is a man of faith who, having come from humble beginnings, credits God with having blessed his family with two successful companies here in the Central Valley. They include the award winning “Most Wanted” Winery, which has beaten some of Napa Valley’s best in the International San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, and other venues.

Garcia also started Garcia Family Bail Bonds, which has been a successful partner to law enforcement since 1996. Additionally, he owns and manages several commercial properties...
