"A contented mind is the greatest blessing a man can enjoy in this world." - Joseph Addison
I'm a great fan of Alan Cohen and enjoy the writings about some of his experiences in traveling and doing workshops and speaking engagements.
One of the stories I read was about a man complaining about everyone wanting him to live his life the way they wanted and he was surprised when Alan told him to live his life the way he wanted it to be.
There are too many people doing what other people want them to do and are missing out on the joy of life because they are not doing what they want to do deep inside them. Each of us was created with a special talent, but most of us haven't found what that talent is or are doing what others want and are not able to express the talent we were created to do.
