Maderan finishes boot camp

Army Reserve Pfc. Carla N. Aguilar has graduated from nine weeks of basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC.

The sister of Eliana and Stephannie Baron of Madera is a 2006 graduate of Madera High School.

Aguilar studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction and practice in military skills.
