School administrators and state education officials across the country have received complaints about cheating on standardized tests echoing those in Atlanta.
There is a police officer that committed a crime against me that I have not reported . I was affraid that she would retaliate if I did press charges and or file a complaint. She has been doing everything she can , making it so obviously personal because she is affraid I would press charges and she could lose her job. This is very serious. Back in January of this year, She jacked A friend and I up. She started searching his car without his permission and searched my purse without my permission. I take medication and this is very personally private to me. Now everyone knows and they have a bias oppinion of me. While she searched,frisked me up the officer squeezed and rolled my right breast. I was in denial untill later that morning while Dan and I were talking about how she treated us.That was when I remembered what she did to me. I said " you know by the way she grabbed my breast." Dan said "yeah I saw that". I said " you did?". He said "yep and so did the other officer". I said" your kidding".He said "no we were talking about it". Anyway the importance of this to you at this time is about my daughters. She arrests them and then takes their kids away. She blackmails people to do things to us or she will do this or that to them. If they are on probation or parol they get scared and do what she says. It is very crazy. I do not know what to do at this point . I live

That being said I believe that you may be well off to give a little voice to Prop Thirty-nine (39) Which three members of my family have voted for. Prop thirty nine is in my humble opinion much better to both the state and the people of California than either Thirty (30) or Thirty-eight (38). Prop Thirty-nine stops business that do business here in California from taking monies from this state without first paying Taxes due in the production of income here in California. Even though they may have a Corporate Headquarters set up in another state in order to avoid the paying of taxes here in the state where they have earned their income. California is the worlds 9th largest Economy. That said we have a whole lot of leverage in that if they wish to partake of the opportunity to earn profit here then it should be accepted that they also contribute to the tax structure here in this state of California. In short in they wish to sell to the 9th largest world Economy then pay the state tax due for the privilege of doing business here or get out. I assure you that there will be many other companies that would be more than willing to for instance take over for "Wall Mart or Sam's Club" as example. Prop thirty-nine will make much needed money to be used for the purpose of further funding of our schools and in creating more jobs through road repairs and other state infrastructure and buildings. That in turn will create much needed spending here in our local economy. Every dollar kept here through taxes due this state will generate at least seven times that same dollars before leaving this state.
We do not need prop 30 nor do we need prop 38 at the expense of the work and toil of the states working people.
It would make much more sense to have the tax actually due here to be collected from those organizations that see their way clear to use tax loop holes to avoid paying that tax which is rightfully due this state. Further in my opinion Jerry Brown, has in some way be getting paid under the table for not advancing proposition thirty-nine over all others. It is in the best interest of the state of California to promote and to pass proposition thirty-nine (39).

I use to have a girlfriend many years ago that had a complaint and voiced it to the officer here in Madera. I'm not positive of his name right now but he is quite high up and had a lot to do with youth and gangs. He is may a liutenant or captain by now but was a sargent some 15 years ago. What he told her was that if she persisted with her complaint he was going to finger out to the gangs here in Madera,CA as a snitch and let them deal with her as they pleased. I can remember his name if I were to see it again as it was a latin name and somewhat unique. If not I could ask her if I wanted to she still liver here. We are up in our mid to late sixties now but we too don't forget.
