We hear a lot about garlic bread, but don't often hear much about onion bread.
It can be in several different forms, but one thing is the same in all onion bread recipes: it tastes delicious!
As I am typing this, I am enjoying a freshly baked, still warm slice of onion bread, slathered with butter, baked by my son, Matty. He is a great cook and I am enjoying his culinary talents every day of my visit.
