Sunday is Veterans Day. This year’s services in Courthouse Park will be 11 a.m. Monday. Come out and show your appreciation to our armed forces.
Madera has an active Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion. These men and women provide hundreds of hours of service every year to our community. We honor our hometown heroes and show our appreciation at this service, and everyone is welcome.
The Madera Avenue of Flags, flying at Calvary and Arbor Vitae cemeteries as well as the one in Courthouse Park comprised of veteran burial flags, is most impressive. Come see it and share in the celebration.
