Stallions recognized for their academics

On Tuesday, more than 200 students received their academic letter for earning a 4.0 GPA. Teachers gave a brief overview of the student and presented their certificate and letter.

This event is organized by our PTA, which is headed by Susan Hansen. Any parents who would like to be part of the PTA please contact our activities department at Madera South High.

To reward those students who did well, Stallion Leadership is also passing out more than 1,000 “Academic Cards” this week for any student who earned a 3.0 GPA or above. Cards include various incentives such as a T-shirt.

‘Most Positive’

Every month, Stallion Leadership features a character trait to honor students. This month is “Most Positive” student. Students selected by teachers receive a certificate and a prize from our treasure chest...
