Seau's death may lead to more focus on concussions

Forget trying to understand it.

Former NFL linebacker Junior Seau was found dead Wednesday at his home in Oceanside. Police investigators are looking at it as suicide from a self-inflicted gun shot to the chest.

Seau was one the best linebackers in NFL history, being named to 12 All-Pro teams and the all-decade team for the 1990s. But he was equally regarded as a tremendous competitor, leader, philanthropist and a great all-around guy.

And now he is dead. He was 43...
