Madera South High School is holding a California Standards Test (CST) Assembly on Friday to get ready for the upcoming tests. This year’s theme is “Creating Your Playlist” to reveal to students how every decision you make creates your playlist and how important those in determining your future. Leadership students will be doing a very humorous skit of what your high school playlist may look like as well as honoring various students.

We are awarding students for their drastic improvements with the 180 Award in which students from each career school will receive a trophy. Also students who earned “Proficient” or “Advanced” in four subjects will be honored in the hall of fame with their name on a banner. They will also receive a T-shirt as well as other perks.

Leadership will be recognizing our top class advisors and club advisors by presenting them with plaques. We will have a few motivational speeches from our principals as well as personal testimony from one of our students. This assembly will help motivate, inspire and remind students of the importance of an education.
