The people of the world are so blessed to be able to have instant communications as situations unfold in any part of the world. We owe our thanks for the high tech communications developed, in the last 20 years or more, to the space programs. The space programs have brought about several of these wonderful high tech instruments available to people of all nations. I am amazed at some of the photo equipment used to capture nature’s most wonderful events.

The Nat Geo Wild channel brings to us some of the most interesting programs and a lot of education for the younger generation. A program I was watching was the migration of the snow geese between Canada and the Southern part of the North American Continent. It is a long journey for those birds to travel, but they do it each year.

They had cameras attached to the backs of some of the birds and the photography of the journey was amazing. These birds have made this journey each year and will continue until the end of time. Finding food along the way is one of their biggest problems...
