The Fresno State women’s lacrosse team finally won a game. Well, halle-dang-lujah!

This is of course after the Bulldogs got their helmets and sticks handed to them an excruciating 44 times in a row dating back to the program’s inception four years ago.

You have to give the girls credit, though. From all accounts, they worked hard, paid their dues and persevered despite not having the talent or any real fan support.

But they shouldn’t have expected much fan support. This is a sport that is predominantly played on the East Coast where it is understood and has a history...
