Madera South celebrates season

Friday and Saturday nights our theater, band and choir programs will come together to present “Home For The Holidays” beginning at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. Tickets cost $10 per adult and $7 per student.

This is the first time in years that all three of our programs are collaborating for a fun-filled evening. We hope to see many people attend this festival night.

Decoration contest

All 1st period classes are encouraged to participate in our door decorating contest. This event really gets students excited about the holidays.

The judging criteria will be 33 percent creativity, 33 percent spirit and 33 percent student work. Doors will be judged on Dec. 18 during 1st period. The class with the first-place door wins a trophy and a pancake party. The class with the second-place door receives cookies...
