More than 25 years ago, I tasted my first bite of noodle kugel and became an instant fan.

It’s a curious fact, though, that I have not made this dish very often over all those years. I don’t really have a reason why. Just too many good recipes and not enough time, perhaps.

I thought it might be fun to share some kugel recipes with you, and if any of you have never tried it, but think it sounds good, please do consider trying a recipe. Don’t wait years like I did!
