Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Some people will use it to bring joy into today for themselves and others, by going fishing, playing a round of golf with their friends, going on a short trip to the country, spending time with their hobbies or just relaxing in a hot tub and enjoying the moment, which can be good.
The outside pressures one experiences can drop one to low levels of self esteem and keep one at that level as long as one lets the negative thoughts keep building, and keeps buying into the ideas of how bad things are all over the world. The stress which is created by those negative thoughts can be and will be a threat to not only one’s health, but to all those in the experience, particularly one’s family.
