All through the month of each and every October, I remained obsessed with pumpkins. We have already covered some recipes that use pumpkins as an ingredient, but there is one I would still like to include because it’s great for parties and other fall get-togethers. It’s a cheese ball, and oh, so good.

Along with that, I will include some other cheese ball recipes that are amongst my favorites, all using cream cheese. There are many new types and flavors of crispy crackers available now that are perfect accompaniments to cheese balls or dips.

You can also use strips of crispy, sweet red bell pepper (my favorite dipping veggie) as well as other vegetables. Try some crunchy jicama for a real treat. Have fun and enjoy the beauty (and flavors) of fall!

I prefer to add 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice rather than the allspice and nutmeg, but it’s up to you...
