Ahh, the warm scent of spicy gingerbread baking in the oven! Even if you don’t take on the challenge of constructing a gingerbread house, with all the candy decorations and icing, you can still include gingerbread into your holiday traditions.

There are breads, cakes and cookies that will fit right in your family’s celebration of the winter holidays, such as Christmas. And for those who do not celebrate Christmas, you can enjoy some great-tasting gingerbread desserts anytime you like.

Let’s roll up our sleeves, tie on our aprons and head into the kitchen!
